Botax on cosmetic surgery

 Many people is wondering what means this "Botax" on cosmetic surgery, well, Botax is just a new tax that is being discussed in Senate, reportedly to help to pay for the new health system.  It would charge elective plastic surgery procedures such as breast implants, tummy tucks, wrinkle smoothing injections (such as botox) and other procedures with 5% of their cost.

Many had complained about it including plastic surgery associations saying that the tax won't raise as much as expected because their practice have dropped with the recesion, but others say that it would be fine since it won't include reconstructive procedures such as the ones performed to correct birth defects or issues arising from disease, accidents or trauma.

Some USA states already charge some tax for cosmetic surgery but with Botax it would go nation wide.
