Patient 1.  Patient with tuberous breast before and after pictures.

                                  Patient 2.  Asymetries. 325 cc right and 375 cc left (with benilli lift), saline implants

                                                   Inframammary approach. Subpectoral.

                                  Patient 3.  Patient with tuberous breast.

                                  Patient 4.  From previous saline breast augmntation.

                                                   One implant had gone flat, the other is rippling with a rounded upper pole.

                                                   The implants were replaced by cohesive in a new pocket.

                                  Patient 5.  Prior unsuccesful breast reduction, 325 cc saline implants under muscle.

                                  Patient 6.  Asymetries.  Breast lift and 475 filled with 525 cc saline implants.

                                                   Subpectoral.

                                                   Internal capsular sutures and change of implants from 375 cc saline to

                                                   421 g smooth round gels.  Before and after 4 month of surgery.
