Arm lift or brachioplasty is a procedure to remove excess of sin and fat in the upper arm, this condition is commun with loose of weight and aging.  In some cases liposuction alone or in conjunction with this surgery can be performed.

The incisions are usually placed along the inner arm, after the procedure scars are visible but should be well hidden in this area.  You will need to take care about the area as any surgery and limit lifting or excess of movement. 

You should be able to go back to work in about 2 to 3 weeks, but be sure to avoid lifting of heavy things for 2 to 6 weeks after the surgery.
