Anaesthesia

With general anaesthesia you will be sleeping during the procedure, while with local you are awake but relaxed, and you shouldn't feel any pain.


After the Procedure

According to your procedure it is normal to feel some discomfort, which should be relieved with the medication prescribed by your surgeon. In the case that there is persistent or strong pain, or if you feel anything different than what you discuss with your surgeon before the procedure, you should call and ask him or her for instructions about your doubts.
